A lovely, relaxing time was had by three different generations. We will return.

Large bedroom, comfortable bed, fabulous, swimming pool, and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff

No storage space in the bedrooms to speak of (no chest of drawers, no cupboards, and limited, hang space).

Location is always a big plus, why i have been here several times Rooms are spacious Good breakfast Nice pool area

Maintenance seems to be a big problem. Loungers are broken since last year, not enough cushions for all, so that not all can be used Towels are dated and have stains Stains and holes in the bed linen. Once a great ressort, but now more and more points to think about to book somewhere else after 5 times there

Very Good

Staff were all great. Great place to chillax and sip a few beers before taking a walk through Kai Bae and sampling its many restaurants, bars, and other delights. The hotel is well located, reasonably priced and rooms are good standard.

Internet was awful (worse than slow) The breakfast was a little under par. No bacon. Food choices seemed to cater more for the Asian option

Relaxing and enjoyable.

The room was very large and comfortable, the bed was great and the bathroom was very nice. All the facilities were beautiful. The staff were all extremely kind, manager Katie was extremely nice and accommodating.

The wifi was a bit weak and the breakfast was not good.

Very nice hotel

Beachfront rooms are freshly renovated, spacious and have a big balcony with a daybed. The pool is really big. I was during the rainy season and it was most vibrant location on the island - the rest of the island was "asleep" but here a lot of restaurants and bars were open.

There are a lot of do's and dont's signs for the guests I was feeling like a child who needs to be educated. The hotel doesnt allow to bring water bottles (and food) from the shop,There is only 0,5l a day for a person and no place to refill the bottle. There is no sandy beach. The hotel is located on a kind of cliff but you can enter the water because there are steps straight to the sea.

Good accommodation and pool, very disappointing breakfast for the price

The room and pool were excellent

Breakfast was Asian and not for foreigners. Only curries, rice, Thai coup and for the foreigners not much else. Disappointing. On arrival we were bombarded by 3 men behind the counter, in uniform, to try and persuade us to take the BBQ that evening. This was not appreciated and in fact very unpleasant. On departure the front office girl was very good. There is a general feeling that the staff are not very happy as we had experienced in other hotels.

Very beautiful, will stay again

Free upgrade so spacious room with pool view :) restaurant over beach was lovely, staff very friendly & spoke good English. Breakfast fantastic.

Room had a bad smell, not sure why. No shuttle to car park when arriving & it's a fairly long walk with heavy bags - I don't know who designed it this way...

This was my first visit to Koh Chang. Excellent stsy.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Couldn’t have expected anything better. Large room. Poolside room. Nice pool for swimming, Beachfront property.

Good pool side rooms, not so good hill side rooms

The pool side rooms are excellent. There is nothing to complain there. The staffs we friendly and helpful. Rest of the resort is excellent and pleasant.

There are 2 types of rooms. The hill side rooms are in a different facility and the facility is not the one on pictures. You have to come over to the main building for restaurant or to use the pool. Though the distance is small ( the 2 facilities are on the opposite sides of a small 20 ft road), it still is a inconvenience. We booked the hill side rooms, and when it rains the water leaked into the rooms. The rooms always had a musty smell. We had to move to the pool side rooms after the first night (with additional payment of course)

There are condensed moisture and water in the room when there are raining at night. The floor is very wet with condensed moisture.

Location is very good, in the middle of everything, the hotel desin is beautiful, room is spacious, bed is huge, breakfast is great and staffs are friendly and helpful.

There are too many rocks on the beach, room is a little dark
